Gestapo bronze square identification tag of the 'Zentral Inspektion'.

These ID tags were carried by members of the German Third Reich Police, S.S. or Security Services and served as warrants. This fine quality example is die struck in brass and has a pleasing antique patinated finish. The reverse is impressed on the reverse with a unique issue serial number.
