After the Apollo landed in 1969 several commemorative button pin badges were manufactured and sold. The most sought after are the larger 3.5" or 88mm diameter versions of which this is an example.

Printed in full colour on a metal backing. The pin depicts the crew of Apollo 11 - Astronauts: Neil Armstrong, Edwin 'Buzz' Aldrin and Michael Collins.

The reverse of the badge has a safety pin. An interesting and attractive example of Space memorabilia.
