Awarded to crews of German Navy minesweepers and sub chasers that participated in at least 3 combat sorites. Mid war type in zinc.
This mid war style piece is die struck in zinc and is finished in antiqued silver plate with a gold wreath.
It has the correct flat pin and hinge correctly laid on its side as is typically found on Kriegsmarine badges. This example has a really nice authentic aged finish. Dimensions 54mm x 43mm.
