Perfect for housing an Imperial German flying or combat badge.
This superb quality case is hand made in wood and covered in black peacock feather design leatherette which is blocked on the lid with a silver crown. The base is lined in crimson velvet which has a recessed slot to accept base the pin of the award. The lid is lined in ivory silk which is embossed in with the maker's name in black. The pin recess is about 50mm - it's possible some minor adjustments will need to be made to fit longer or shorter pins but this is not too difficult to do.

The Imperial German presentation cases and boxes offered by the Regalia Specialist are all hand made in Europe. Traditional manufacturing techniques are employed replicating the feel and finish of the original pieces as closely as possible. Often old reclaimed materials and fittings are used which are no longer available today. For this reason the cases may occasionally have very minor blemishes.
