German Plaque for Outstanding Achievements in Equestrian Care & Handling in Bronze. HIGHEST QUALITY.

This plaque was awarded by the National Federation for the breeding and testing of German thoroughbreds to reward 'Outstanding achievements in the care and handling of horses'. This heavy solid bronze plaque measures approximately 57mm x 75mm and is of 2 piece riveted construction.

This is the early Third reich version of the award that has the addition of the letter 'R' at the base of the insignia that is attached to the plaque.
