This scarce and attractive variation of the S.A Sports badge was instituted in 1943. This example is solid bronze with a pleasing toned finish. Complete with correct flat pin and maker's code 'M1-52' of Deschler & Sohne on the reverse (Deschler were the only maker's of this award). 60mm x 46mm.
