CANCELLATION POLICY.

We usually despatch orders within 24 hours of receipt. If you wish to cancel an order you can do so provided it has not already been despatched. If you wish to cancel an order that has been despatched please contact us by email or telephone and we will try our best to deal with your request sympathetically.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your order you may return it for a full refund- subject to us receiving it back in our office within 21 days (28 overseas clients) and the returned item/s being in the same condition as when we despatched them.
