British £1 Cold War hollow SPY COIN.
Covert spy coins are hollow coins used by agents to carry data either in the form of microfilm or, more recently, electronic data cards, which are concealed in a hollow compartment.
This original British £1 coin is expertly precision hand-machined from two actual coins to create a secret interior compartment. Because of its thickness the £1 coin makes an ideal spy coin. Once closed, it is absolutely indistinguishable from a regular coin to the naked eye. It can be handled normally without any chance of an accidental opening. The coin is supplied with an opening device, without which it's next to impossible to open up the coin.
The coin will be at least as good condition as that illustrated and probably somewhat better. Coin only - data card NOT included.
