This unofficial medal appears to commemorate the Italian German alliance of WW2 known as the 'Pact of Steel'.
The obverse of the medal depicts an figure of Victory guiding Italian and German soldiers towards 'Vincere' or Victory . The reverse depicts German Nazi and Italian Fascist standards with the motto 'One War - 2 Peoples'.
The medal has an antique bronze finish and is supplied complete with a ribbon incorporating the Italian and German national colours.
