Sniper's Badge 2rd Class

Snipers Badge 2rd Class.

This award was instituted in 1944 and this grade was awarded to German Army (Heer) and Waffen S.S. snipers for 20 kills. for 40 kills. The Snipers badge was only issued in cloth and this example is beautifully hand embroidered on grey wool with a green border.
