These very nice early war quality shoulder board cyphers are made from brass with a golden brass finish. Each cypher has 2 brass pins hard soldered to the reverse. Sold and priced as a pair.
The Third Reich German military metal uniform collar and shoulder board badges offered by The Regalia Specialist are either early war pieces in brass or nickel or, if indicated, die cast late war style insignias in zinc. Many are manufactured in Europe using original WWII tools and dies that were obtained from the factories in Germany during the 1980's . Where possible, traditional manufacturing techniques that were employed during the Third Reich are replicated.
If fixing these insignias to shoulder boards carefully bend the prongs while holding them above the joints with long nose pliers. Make the holes in the boards before affixing the insignia.
