RMS Titanic Officers hand embroidered Cap Badge of the White Star Line

RMS Titanic Officers Cap or Hat Badge. White Star Line Captain Capt Smith.

This hand made cap badge is the pattern worn by the Officers of the Titanic, including Captain Smith, on its ill fated journey on the 14th of April 1912.

This fine quality example is hand embroidered in gold wire bullion with detailing in coloured silk threads on black wool. It is slightly padded and backed in black cotton and measures approximately 80mm x 65mm.
