This attractive bronzed plaque commemorates the 1938 flying competition held by the National Socialist Flying Corps in 1918. It measures 96 x 78mm and is finished in antiqued white metal. The obverse design incorporates the N.S.F.K. Icarus motif and the reverse bears an inscription and Christiansen signature.
