A section of yellow and red ribbon within a gilt metal frame, complete with palm device and clutch back slider fitting. 

The Vietnamese Gallantry Cross Citation was awarded to the units of the South Vietnamese Army (A.R.V.N.) and also to units of the United States Army.  This insignia can often be seen on US Armed Forces uniforms.

This is a genuine insignia of the very highest USA made quality, in mint, un-issued condition, U.S. Government approved and of regulation manufacture  - hallmarked by a U.S. Government authorized manufacturer on the reverse under the slider as per U.S. federal regulation.
