The Narvik Battlle or Campaign shield was Instituted on 19th August 1940 to commemorate the capture of the port or Narvik in Norway. The Gold Narvik shield was issued to Kriegsmarine units. Complete with steel backing plate. Cloth backing NOT SUPPLIED with this item.
