Special ADOLF HITLER Party Badge Award in real silver.
Very little is known about this badge. It is believed to have been bestowed by Adolf Hitler as a personal gift on close friends and confidents (See Dodkins Awards and Decorations of the Third Reich). It is the same size as the regular Party membership badge but differs in some notable respects. It does not have the normal wording in the red border of the badge- instead this is left blank. The reverse bears an engraved facsimile signature of Adolf Hitler. The badge is made from solid silver and bears the silver hallmark on the reverse. An interesting and noteworthy badge.
