The case is designed to contain the West Wall medal (W6826). It is hand made in wood and covered in tan brown leatherette with a dark brown velvet lining recessed to take the award. The lid of the case is foil blocked in gold with the designation of the award.

The German Third Reich presentation cases and boxes offered by the Regalia Specialist are all hand made in Europe. Traditional manufacturing techniques are employed replicating the feel and finish of the original pieces as closely as possible.
