Croatia medal of the Order of The Crown of King Zvonimir- Bronze Grade.

Instituted on the 27th December 1941, the Medal of the Crown of King Zvonimir was founded as a "visible sign of decoration for merits done, in peace or in war, for the Croatian people and Independent State of Croatia".

As with many other Croatian orders, it was bestowed on several Germans as well as Croatian nationals fighting on the Russian Front and in the Balkan Theatre of operations during WW2.

This example of the Bronze grade is die struck and has a pleasing patinated finish. It us supplied complete with a length of the correct red and white ribbon.
