This button insignia was worn on the early special pattern S.S. side cap together with the Allgemeine S.S. cap eagle (W0523). This item is has a raw zinc finish. With R.Z.M. makers code on reverse.

The Third Reich German military, para military and political metal cap badges offered by The Regalia Specialist are either die struck or die cast pieces. Many are manufactured in Europe using original WWII tools and dies that were obtained from the factories in Germany during the 1980's . Where possible, traditional manufacturing techniques that were employed during the Third Reich are replicated.
