1939 Bar to the Iron Cross 2nd Class.
This bar was awarded to recipients of the 1914 Iron Cross 2nd Class who were subsequently awarded the 1939 Iron Cross during WWII. This die struck example is finished in matt silver plate. The reverse has the makers code in relief and is fitted with four prongs with which the award is fixed to its ribbon. Supplied with a length of 1914 iron Cross ribbon.
