Waffen S.S. 1st Adolf Hitler Division enamel stickpin (Key Insignia)

This stickpin probably worn on the civilian clothing by members of this famous S.S. unit is enameled in black with a silvered finish. The insignia itself measures about 10 x 13mm and has a knurled stickpin fitting about 45mm in length.

Our Current stocks of these badges are a little tarnished. The amount of tarnish varies from badge to badge but they easily clean up very nicely.

The Third Reich period spawned several new political and pseudo-political organizations. Each had its own insignia and membership badge or stickpin. Similarly there were pins, such as the insignia offered here, for military units and formations.
