This bar was awarded to recipients of the 1914 Iron Cross 1st Class who were subsequently awarded the 1939 Iron Cross during WWII. This original quality die struck example is finished in matt silver plate with burnished highlights. Reverse has the correct flat pin which is impressed with the makers code mark.
